Ingredients

  • • 1 Glass of Cedar Long Grain Rice
  • • 2 tablespoons of Vermicelli.
  • • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil or butter according to taste.
  • • 1 ¾ glass of water.
  • • ½ teaspoon of salt or according to taste.

Preparation

  1. o Wash the rice well and leave it aside
  2. o Brown the vermicelli with the vegetable oil.
  3. o Add the rice
  4. o Add the salt and water.
  5. o Simmer on a low heat, stirring occasionally until desired cooking
