         Strawberry Panna Cotta

Ingredients
- 200ml of milk
 - 200ml of whipping cream
 - 1/2 tablespoon of gelatin powder
 - 1/4 cup of sugar
 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract or fresh vanilla
 - 450g of fresh strawberries
 - 2 tablespoons of water
 - 1/3 cup of sugar
 
Preparation
- Dissolve the gelatin in the water and let it sit for 10 minutes.
 - Bring to a simmer the whipping cream, milk and sugar.
 - Remove from the heat once the sugar has dissolved and add the vanilla.
 - Let it sit for 5 minutes then add the gelatin.
 - Separate the mixture in your ramekin and refrigerate for 4 hours.
 - For the sauce, cut the strawberries into pieces and then bring to a simmer with 1/3 cup of sugar and water.
 - Put in a mixer then pass the mixture through a strainer.
 - Let it cool and pour the sauce over the panna cotta before serving.
