- 400g of mini bocconcini
- 400g of cherry tomatoes cut in half
- 1/4 cup of fresh basil leaves
- Pitted and sliced green olives, to taste
- 2 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
- 3 tsp of La belle excuse extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- In a small bowl, whisk the vinegar with the salt, pepper and olive oil.
- In a large bowl, add the ingredients and drizzle with the vinaigrette.
- Mix everything delicately and enjoy.
