Roasted Pears with Blue Cheese, Walnuts, and Honey

Ingredients
- 2 ripe but firm pears
- 80 g blue cheese (such as Roquefort or Bleu d'Auvergne)
- 30 g chopped walnuts
- 2 tablespoons honey
- A few sprigs of fresh rosemary (optional)
- Freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Slice the pears in half lengthwise and carefully scoop out the cores with a small spoon.
- Place the pear halves on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Fill each hollow with pieces of blue cheese.
- Sprinkle the chopped walnuts over the pears.
- Bake for about 12 to 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
- Once out of the oven, drizzle with honey and add a touch of freshly ground black pepper.
- Garnish with rosemary sprigs if desired and serve warm.
